There are household size, rent, and income requirements that apply. They are as follows:

Tenants will be selected through a Lottery Process: All eligible applications received will be entered into a random selection drawing. 150 applications will be selected and offered an opportunity to apply to rent an apartment. Applicants will be notified by mail of the results. Selection in the lottery does not guarantee that your application is qualified or that you will be approved to rent one of the available units.
